By accessing or using the Just Tap application and website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our Service.
Just Tap is a technology platform that connects users ("Customers") with independent service professionals ("Providers") for home services including cleaning, salon, repairs, healthcare, and other categories. Just Tap acts as an intermediary and is not the direct provider of these services.
You must register an account to use our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
All service prices are displayed before booking confirmation. Payment is due at the time of booking or upon service completion (for cash payments). We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and cash. All digital payments are processed securely through certified payment gateways. Prices may be subject to surge pricing during peak demand periods.
Cancellations made 2+ hours before the scheduled slot receive a full refund. Cancellations made 1-2 hours before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before are non-refundable. Free rescheduling is available up to 2 hours before the scheduled slot.
All services are covered by the Just Tap Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a service, you may request a free redo within 24 hours of service completion through the app. This guarantee does not cover dissatisfaction due to factors outside the provider's control.
Service providers on Just Tap are independent professionals, not employees of Just Tap. While we verify and train all providers, Just Tap is not liable for the actions of individual providers beyond our guarantee obligations.
You agree not to misuse the Service, harass providers, provide false information, attempt to circumvent our payment system, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
The Just Tap name, logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of Just Tap. All content, design, and code on our platform are proprietary and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Just Tap provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
