Welcome to Just Tap. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of justtap.online and all Just Tap services. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

1. Who We Are

Just Tap is a home services marketplace operating in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India. We connect customers with independent service providers. Just Tap is a booking platform — the actual services are provided by independent professionals.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and book services. By using Just Tap, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter these Terms.

3. Your Account

• You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity under your account is your responsibility
• Provide accurate, current information at signup
• One account per person — multiple accounts may be suspended
• Notify us immediately at hello@justtap.online if you suspect unauthorized access

4. Bookings

• Bookings are subject to provider availability in your area
• All prices shown are inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise
• You're responsible for providing accurate service addresses and being available at the scheduled time
• Service times are approximate — minor delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or provider schedule

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Free cancellation up to 2 hours before the scheduled slot
• First reschedule is free; subsequent reschedules may incur a ₹50 fee per change
• Maximum 2 reschedules allowed per booking
• Cancellation or rescheduling within 2 hours of the slot may forfeit any prepaid amount
• No-shows (customer unavailable at booking time) may result in full charge

6. Payments

• We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and cash-on-service
• Online payments are processed securely via third-party gateways
• Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method
• Reschedule fees may be added to your next service bill or collected at time of service

7. Just Tap Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with a service, you can request a free redo within 24 hours of service completion. We'll send a different provider at no extra cost. This guarantee applies to legitimate quality concerns, not personal preferences or scope changes.

8. User Conduct

When using Just Tap, you agree NOT to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Harass, threaten, or behave inappropriately toward service providers
• Ask providers to perform services outside the booked scope
• Attempt to circumvent our platform (paying providers directly to bypass fees)
• Use our services for illegal or harmful purposes
• Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our platform

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Service Providers

Service providers on Just Tap are independent professionals, not employees. While we verify providers through Aadhaar check, police verification, and skills training, Just Tap is not liable for:

• Provider behavior, punctuality, or service quality (though our Guarantee covers redo)
• Damage to property caused by providers (providers carry their own accountability)
• Direct disputes between customers and providers

We encourage reporting any issues immediately so we can mediate.

10. Referrals & Promo Codes

• Referral rewards (₹100 credit) are granted after your referred friend's first successful booking
• Promo codes are single-use per account unless specified
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time
• Fraudulent referrals or promo abuse may result in credit reversal and account suspension

11. Intellectual Property

The Just Tap name, logo, website, app, and all content are our property. You may not use them without written permission. User reviews and content you post grant Just Tap a non-exclusive license to display them publicly.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Just Tap's total liability for any claim related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

13. Disclaimers

Just Tap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific outcomes from services booked.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by Indian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India. We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication first — email us at hello@justtap.online.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Termination

You can close your account anytime via the Profile page or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or pose risks to providers or other users.
